Arts and Athletics
At Kehilla, the arts and athletics are integral to the student experience, inspiring creativity, resilience, and personal growth both inside and outside the classroom.
ARTS
We believe the arts are a powerful avenue for self-expression and discovery. Students explore their creativity through a wide range of opportunities, including drama, visual arts, music, and more. Classes encourage risk-taking, collaboration, and seeing the world through multiple perspectives, helping students not only to hone their artistic skills but also to deepen their understanding of themselves and others. Each year culminates in our vibrant Arts Night, a community-wide celebration showcasing the creativity and talent that permeate our school.
ATHLETICS
As proud members of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletics Association (TSSAA), Kehilla students have the chance to compete, challenge themselves, and grow as athletes and teammates. Our athletic program is expanding rapidly, with opportunities in volleyball, basketball, running, and ultimate frisbee. Whether competing at the league level or building lifelong habits of wellness and teamwork, our students thrive in an environment that values discipline, sportsmanship, and joy in physical activity.
Together, the arts and athletics empower Kehilla students to develop confidence, creativity, teamwork, and perseverance, skills that enrich their high school experience and prepare them for life beyond.
